Celebrating Theresa Santelli’s 10-Year Pepperversary
It’s Theresa’s 10-Year Pepperversary, and our entire Pepper family couldn’t be happier to recognize this amazing person we have had the pleasure to work with.
Theresa joined Eleven Peppers as an art director in 2014, then became the director of creative services in 2019, and most recently was named VP of talent & operations in 2023. During this incredible career growth, she has also been able to pursue her love of travel. Theresa has visited 10 countries and 19 national parks, plus she is on her way to seeing all 50 states!
When we asked Peppers about Theresa, we received feedback like, “she gives thoughtful feedback and leadership advice”, and she is a “troubleshooting extraordinaire with a steel trap of company knowledge”.
We could go on and on about how amazing Theresa is both personally and professionally, but instead, we’ll leave you with this video montage to enjoy!
To personalize the video, we used intel from all our Peppers. For example, we learned that:
-
In the past 10 years, Theresa has traveled to 10 countries including Canada, Mexico, Peru, Netherlands, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany, Czechia, and Belgium.
-
She has drank 1,252 unique beers over the past decade.
-
She’s visited 44 of the 50 states. All that’s left to see is Idaho, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Alaska, and Hawaii.
-
Theresa loves gardening and creates plant starters from clippings of her late grandmother’s Jade plant and gives them as gifts.
-
She has talked about wanting to visit most, if not all the 63 national parks. She has been to 19 so far!
We also sent out a survey about Theresa to her fellow Peppers, and these were some of the comments we received:
-
“Her discernment is unmatched. She has the incredible aptitude for judging situations well.”
-
“She provides thoughtful feedback, leadership advice, and has pioneered the Peppers career framework.”
-
“Theresa has a black belt in using tools and technology to do magical things, she’s an advocate for all, extremely resourceful, and talented in research backed design making.”
