Does this sound like a great fit?! Read on…

As an expert in the field of LX, you translate complex subject matter to digestible objectives like a boss. You have a masterful knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous delivery methods. Articulate is your BFF and the art of pairing the perfect blend of dynamic content and innovative visuals gives you ultimate satisfaction. You are a fantastic teammate and an even better employee. Tuning into your creative side is second nature. Design plans? Your design plans are probably frame-worthy. You view compliance as a challenge, not as a wall. You’re bright, passionate, and driven. You can work well with others and work efficiently when accomplishing independent tasks.

The Fun Stuff
  • Engage with customers and subject matter experts to analyze a wide-range of topics and determine the perfect training to suit learner needs.

  • Write and design creative content for a variety of instructional delivery methods including web-based training courses, live-action and animated videos, scenario-based learning activities, instructor materials, and other learning resources.

  • Collaborate with multimedia and graphic designers and web developers to bring conceptual ideas to life.

  • Deliver dynamic, innovative learning solutions to customers to solve complex problems.

The Necessities
  • You have a degree in education, instructional design, user experience design, or a similar discipline. (Some levels may also require a combination of degree and experience in instructional design.)

  • You have a keen understanding of how people learn and how to meet those needs.

  • You are a strong communicator who enjoys working with a wide variety of people.

  • You are a skilled writer who can craft content to meet varying objectives.

  • You have an eye for creativity and design.

  • You can articulate your own design plan but are also open to feedback and new ideas.

  • You have experience using eLearning development tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline), Articulate Rise, Audacity, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office.

  • You understand the importance of web accessibility standards, and can design to those standards.

  • You can juggle multiple projects, and still meet (sometimes fast-paced) deadlines.
